"We will celebrate this day for years to come" Those were the words of an emotional Joseph Filitonga , the head of the Villa Maria Settlement in Mead Road Suva after the community got power supply installed for the first time since the first settlers of the community in the 1900's. Now 120 people in the settlement have power supply in their homes.
